PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-14 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the destination:
Europe: depending on  the country, the price may vary;
Romania: free.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 5-10 business days
Romania: 1-3 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use different carriers for all our shipments. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

STITCHDOM SRL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
